I have been telling folks the new Fed Loan Officer Compensation Rule coming out 4/1/11 is the beginning of the end of Mtg Brokers. This video explains why. Fortunately, those shops, like Sun Valley, who are Mtg Lenders/Bankers will survive this mess.
