How to fix the Mortgage Mess - this article is by Wells Fargo's John Stumpf. He sums a lot of what I have been hearing from different sources. The only thing I don't like is the skin-in-the-game by banks. That will shut down the smaller operations and monopolize 100% of mortgage lending to the big banks. Of course, Wells Fargo would be happy about that.
